CrewsLink ("CrewsLink," "we," "us," or "our") provides a ground transportation coordination platform designed for airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport vendors, dispatch teams, drivers, and crew members (collectively, the "Services").

The Services include:

  • CrewsLink Dispatcher Web Application
  • CrewsLink Driver Mobile Application
  • CrewsLink Crew Application (current or future release)
  • Websites, APIs, integrations, and related services

1. Scope & Roles

CrewsLink operates as:

  • Data Controller for platform account, billing, and operational infrastructure data.
  • Data Processor when processing personal data on behalf of airline, hotel, cruise, or transport partners using the platform.

If you are a driver, dispatcher, or crew member using CrewsLink through your employer or contracting organization, your organization controls how your operational data is used.

We collect information necessary to operate airline-grade ground transportation services.

A. Account & Registration Information

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company or organization name
  • Job role (dispatcher, driver, crew, admin)
  • Login credentials

B. Operational & Trip Data

  • Trip details (pickup/dropoff locations, times, flight numbers, booking references)
  • Driver assignment data
  • Vehicle details
  • Dispatch logs and status updates
  • Crew transportation records
  • Activity timestamps
  • Booking history
  • Contract or billing references (for enterprise accounts)

C. Driver & Location Data (Driver App Only)

When using the CrewsLink Driver App, we may collect:

  • Precise GPS location (foreground and background, where enabled)
  • Live location updates during active trips
  • ETA calculations
  • Route and navigation metadata
  • Trip start/stop timestamps

Location data is used solely for:

  • Real-time dispatch visibility
  • Operational coordination
  • Safety monitoring
  • Service quality tracking

Drivers may manage location permissions through device settings. Disabling location access may limit core functionality.

D. Device & Technical Data

  • IP address
  • Device identifiers
  • Operating system and version
  • App version
  • Crash logs and diagnostics
  • Usage analytics

E. Communications Data

  • Support requests
  • In-app messages
  • Push notification logs

F. Payment & Billing Information

For enterprise accounts, billing details may be processed. Payment information is handled securely through third-party payment providers. CrewsLink does not store full credit card numbers.
